Alexandra Ubalijoro

Ubalijoro is a research assistant in the Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area. She conducts qualitative research for the Stepped and Tiered Rent Demonstration and the WorkAdvance 10-year follow-up study, provides technical assistance for the Economic Mobility Lab, and leads the coordination of the final report for the Rent Reform Demonstration. Before joining MDRC, she worked as a research associate for Professor Julie Battilana at the Harvard Business School, studying the processes by which organizations, individuals, and movements implement positive change when doing so requires diverging from entrenched norms. Ubalijoro holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University.
