Allie Yusim

Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities
Yusim is a technical research assistant in the Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area, where she conducts quantitative analysis on the Google Career Certificates, Supporting Moves to Opportunity, and MLT Turn Pro projects. She also co-leads the coordination of the WorkAdvance 10-year Follow-Up Report. Before joining MDRC in 2023, Yusim worked as a research assistant at Minerva University and interned at the Federal Election Commission. Her senior thesis investigated the impact of access to affordable childcare on maternal education and employment outcomes. Yusim holds a bachelor’s degree in social and economic policy with a minor in history from Minerva University.
