Wallace is a research assistant in MDRC's Youth Development, Criminal Justice, and Economic Mobility policy area, where he provides project management, technical assistance, and research support to the Building Evidence on Employment Strategies (BEES), Fatherhood TIES, and Tucson Mental Health Diversion projects.

Wallace holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University. His honors thesis explored spatial and temporal trends of 9-1-1 calls in New Orleans, LA. As an intern with the City and County of Durham, NC, he facilitated focus groups with middle and high school students to inform long-term land use and zoning priorities.
