Ganges-Reid is a resource manager in the Economic Mobility Housing and Communities policy area. With more than ten years of experience managing business components of a portfolio of projects within the policy area, she has held various roles since rejoining MDRC in 2010. Currently, she is the resource manager for several projects, including the Rent Reform Demonstration, TechHire and Strengthening Working Families Initiative, and the Economic Mobility Lab, among others. She also serves in an operations capacity on the Working Credit Feasibility Study. Ganges-Reid holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Marymount Manhattan College and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Phoenix.
