Nuñez is a research analyst in the K-12 Education policy area, where she focuses on promoting equitable student outcomes through career and technical education tools, qualitative coding, and synthesizing findings. In her role, Nuñez provides research support to various projects, including XQ, CTE Advise, Prep-KC, and the Small Schools of Choice evaluation. Before joining MDRC in 2022, Nuñez worked with the nonprofit AHRC, serving populations with intellectual and developmental disabilities in research and operations projects through the Department of Education, NYC City Contracts, and Care Coordination Offices. She holds an associate’s degree in psychology from LaGuardia Community College, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, and a master’s degree in developmental psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
