Quezada is an operations analyst in the Youth Development, Criminal Justice, and Employment policy area. He works on the Testing Identified Elements for Success in Fatherhood Programs (Fatherhood TIES) and the Strengthening the Implementation of Responsible Fatherhood Programs projects.
Quezada’s responsibilities include engaging subject matter experts and those with lived experience with the Fatherhood TIES project and facilitating peer community meetings for practitioners and local evaluators who work on fatherhood programs. He cowrote the practitioner-focused issue brief “What Strategies Can Programs Use to Help More Dads Participate in Fatherhood Services?”
Before joining MDRC in July 2021, Quezada graduated with an MSW from the Columbia School of Social Work (CSSW). While there, he completed his field placements at the Vera Institute of Justice and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Before attending CSSW, Quezada worked as a program associate for Prosperity Now. He graduated from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in public policy studies.
