
Paulino is a technical research analyst at MDRC’s Data Strategy and Advisory Hub, where she develops trainings and supports staff with R programming, data management, and other technical issues. Paulino previously worked at MDRC as a technical research assistant in the K-12 Education policy area. Before joining MDRC, she was a speech-language pathologist in New York public schools and other service settings. Paulino holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and development studies from Brown University and a master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Teachers College.
