Schaberg is a quantitative researcher in the Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area. She works on a range of projects focused on workforce development and training, financial inclusion, coaching, and conducting long-term follow-ups using administrative data. Schaberg is currently the project director for the Evaluation of Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s Turn Pro program, the From Theory to Practice project, and the WorkAdvance program. She has also served as the data manager and impact lead on evaluating the TechHire and Strengthening Working Families Initiative grant programs and the Grameen America program. Across these projects, Schaberg’s responsibilities include project management, data acquisition and processing, impact analyses, and report writing. Schaberg holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Miami University and a master’s degree in urban policy analysis and management from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at the New School for Social Research.
