Cojocaru is a researcher working for the Center for Applied Behavioral Sciences (CABS), where she leads programs related to education, labor, child care, and others. With over a decade of experience in international development and social sciences research, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals and families from low-income backgrounds through evidence-based interventions. Before joining MDRC, she served as a behavioral scientist at ideas42, leading initiatives in governance and labor. Cojocaru holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Delaware. She possesses a strong quantitative background and is dedicated to leveraging behavioral science for positive social impact.
