Schwartz is a research assistant in the Youth Development, Criminal Justice, and Employment policy area. She primarily works on impact evaluations of policies and programs serving individuals impacted by the criminal legal system. Her work includes data processing, quasi-experimental analysis, written contributions, new project development, and project management for the Los Angeles County Reentry Integrated Services project (LA CRISP) and the Tucson Mental Health Diversion project (TMHD). As an undergraduate student at New York University (NYU), she wrote an honors thesis on the ways in which the COVID-19 pandemic impacted eviction patterns and housing insecurity in New York City. Schwartz graduated from NYU in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in social and cultural analysis and a minor in politics.
