From coast to coast, many different kinds of programs and service providers use random assignment to fairly allocate a limited number of services to those who need them. 
 

 

Home Visiting and Community-Based Partners: Innovative Strategies for Engaging Hard-to-Reach Populations 

One MIHOPE site partnered with a local preschool to reach and engage families in both early childhood education and home visiting services. Another has a creative partnership with its local Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program.
