A federal evaluation called Strengthening the Implementation of Responsible Fatherhood Programs (SIRF) is now accepting participant nominations or self-nominations, using this form. SIRF will work with programs to identify and overcome challenges such as recruiting fathers, enrolling them in services, and keeping them actively engaged so they can realize their goals.
