Internships Available for Summer 2020 in the MDRC Gueron Scholars Program
MDRC is offering internships in summer 2020 for both undergraduate and master’s-level students. The internships are supported by the Gueron Scholars Program, which seeks to engage and encourage individuals from groups that are traditionally underrepresented in the education and social policy research communities.
- One part-time paid operations internship in our New York City office for a graduate student in a master’s program. The intern will work closely with senior-level staff with expertise in program design, program assessment, evaluation start-up, and technical assistance on program implementation. At MDRC, this important function is referred to as “operations” work. The internship will be for 10-15 hours per week in the summer and may require some travel.
- Full-time paid internships for undergraduates in our New York City office provide the opportunity to work with MDRC teams on a range of organizational, administrative, and analytical tasks related to developing and evaluating programs focused on current social and education policy issues. The undergraduate internship is coordinated by MDRC’s Diversity Council and the Office of Outreach, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Applications should be submitted by February 14, 2020.
