On May 9, PBS NewsHour Senior Correspondent Hari Sreenivasan reported on the long-term evaluation that MDRC is conducting of the replication of the City University of New York’s successful Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP) at three Ohio community colleges. The segment focused on the version of ASAP at Cincinnati State, called CState Accelerate, profiling several students.

MDRC’s Alex Mayer described how the programs in Ohio, which have boosted both graduation rates and earnings for participants, can be a model for community colleges across the country.
