
Undestad currently works on the Guilford Readiness of Children for School (ROCS) Study where she manages and leads mixed-methods research activities to evaluate the implementation of the Ready for School, Ready for Life initiative. She previously worked on the Measures for Early Success Initiative for which she provided project management to external partners and supported qualitative data collection efforts including focus groups with families and educators. She has experience with implementation research and providing technical assistance through such projects as Variations in Implementation of Quality Interventions and a project housed under the Expanding Children’s Early Learning Network. She previously helped coordinate the production of the MIHOPE Implementation Research report and conducted qualitative research as part of the project’s long-term follow-up. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in statistics and media studies.
