
Quick is a research analyst in MDRC’s Youth Development, Criminal Justice, and Employment policy area, who works on data collection and data analysis. As part of the Building Evidence on Employment Strategies (BEES) project, Quick acted as a data manager for two RCTs: the IPS SUD and the IPS FQHC studies, which evaluate the Individualized Placement and Support model for participants seeking treatment for substance use disorders and those receiving behavioral health services at federally qualified health centers. Quick holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Virginia.
