Wuest is a research analyst in MDRC’s K-12 Education policy area. She supports project management, operations, and implementation research efforts on various projects, including MDRC’s studies of the Urban Assembly and Reading Partners. She has also provided qualitative research support on the NYC P-TECH 9-14 and the Evaluation of JPMorgan Chase’s Summer Youth Employment Program projects. Wuest’s research includes conducting site visit interviews, coding and analyzing qualitative data, and contributing to reports and other key deliverables. Before joining MDRC, Wuest worked at New York University's Department of Applied Psychology, where she served as the project manager for the R-SUCCESS early childhood literacy intervention. Wuest holds a master’s degree in education and social policy and a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology from New York University.
